Responsible for maintaining the multiple facets (employee health, safety, infection control) of the Quality Improvement Program. The QI Nurse maintains a routine surveillance program of patients, personnel, infection control and the environmental problems that present a real or potential threat to the welfare of patients, visitors, or personnel throughout the organization. The QI Nurse monitors compliance to align with accreditation, certification and regulatory requirements of regulatory agencies including but not limited to The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, NCQA, CLIA, and HRSA.

WIC Program Manager
Responsible for the daily operational functions of the Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) program. The key functions include coordination for the preparation of annual nutrition plan, education and outreach activities, issuance of food cards, data gathering and monthly reporting of client participation and services, monitoring and assuring efficiency in computer data entry, and internal WIC auditing. Also ensures that WIC Certification Standards are adhered to, monitors vendor compliance, and coordinates the ordering of all necessary program supplies. Supervises the WIC staff.

Qualifications:
