Accounting Clerk
Entry level position; Responsible for performing multiple accounting tasks in the areas of payroll, accounts payable, cash receipts, and month-end closing. Extensive knowledge of computers and software is required.
Qualifications: Two years in bookkeeping or other business related program.

Responsible for assisting the Chief Financial Officer with accounting functions including reporting of the clinic’s financial operations. Assists in the preparation of grant proposal, specifically budget requests and their justification.

Responsible for maintaining the multiple facets (employee health, safety, infection control) of the Quality Improvement Program. This individual maintains a routine surveillance program of patients, personnel, infection control and the environmental problems that present a real or potential threat to the welfare of patients, visitors, or personnel throughout the organization. The QI Nurse monitors compliance to align with accreditation, certification and regulatory requirements of regulatory agencies including but not limited to The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, NCQA, CLIA, and HRSA.
