Accounting Clerk
The Accounting Clerk (AC) is responsible for performing efficient and multiple accounting tasks in the areas of payroll, accounts payable, cash receipts, and month-end closing. In addition, the AC will assist the Financial Manager with grants management activities and tasks such as billing and reimbursement processing associated with the various grant programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years of college in bookkeeping or other business related program, or
- Two years job related experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting terminology in areas that include payroll, accounts payable, and general chart of accounts.
- Knowledge of accepted business practices and procedures involved in providing services and of applicable rules, regulations, and policies
- Experience with a health care organization, non-profit type organizations.
Call Center Representative
Responsible for answering health center phone calls, scheduling appointments, making reminder calls and responding to various program and service inquiries and determining the appropriate action.
1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
2. Medical Office Specialist or A minimum of one-year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting
3. Effective interpersonal and communication skills required.
4. Experience with multi-telephone system.
5. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills required.
Medical Assistant
The Medical Assistant is responsible for providing prescribed basic nursing (back office) and client support services (front office) according to approved protocols, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
2. Graduate of a credential Medical Assistant Licensed Program
3. Minimum of six months clinical experience
4. Ability to perform with high level of proficiency.
5. Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred.
6. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Dental Assistant
Responsible for assisting the Dentist at the chair and knowledgeable in: Four and six-handed dentistry techniques; preparation of materials; seating, preparing and dismissing the patient; routine housekeeping; maintenance of equipment and all current practices of prevention of transmission of infectious diseases. Provides client/registration, inventory, and general housekeeping support to most patient flow and dental services activities.
Qualifications:
Responsible for assisting the Dentist at the chair and knowledgeable in: Four and six-handed dentistry techniques; preparation of materials; seating, preparing and dismissing the patient; routine housekeeping; maintenance of equipment and all current practices of prevention of transmission of infectious diseases.
