Patient Account Representative
The Patient Account Representative is responsible for posting charges, payments received at time of service, balancing super-bill/encounter, verifies ICD-10 and CPT coding, verifies billing information, and prints NextGen reports. The PAR is responsible for assuring that the patients and their families understand their financial responsibilities and is responsible to set up patient budgets and post patient payments to patient accounts in accordance with the Center’s policies.
A secondary role will be as a Navigator, in which you will provide enrollment assistance for the Medicaid, CHIP, and Federal Health Insurance Marketplace to uninsured patients of the health center and community residents.
QUALIFICATIONS
a. High school diploma or equivalent.
b. One to two year’s experience in medical field, preferably to include insurance claims processing CPT, ICD-10, and CMS regulations.
c. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the like.
d. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
e. Required to complete federal training to obtain consumer assistance certification.

Call Center Manager
The Call Center Manager (CCM) is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound calls for AHC, Inc. The CCM will assist in establishing call center objectives, provide call center representatives with opportunities to expand their knowledge in customer service, patient scheduling, and manage patient accounts, analyze call center data, and focus on improving performance and processes in an effort to better support patient care. The CCM should have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of company policies. The CCM will be observant and detail-oriented and possesses an understanding of the clinical workflow, scope of practice, and the issues representatives are facing on the floor.

3. Minimum of six months clinical experience
4. Ability to perform with high level of proficiency.

Dental Assistant
Responsible for assisting the Dentist at the chair and knowledgeable in: Four and six-handed dentistry techniques; preparation of materials; seating, preparing and dismissing the patient; routine housekeeping; maintenance of equipment and all current practices of prevention of transmission of infectious diseases. Provides client/registration, inventory, and general housekeeping support to most patient flow and dental services activities.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in an inbound call center in a medical setting.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
- Previous experience supervising employees, or experience with employee oversight and development including training, assigning and directing work/assignments, and performance evaluation.
- Strong computer and typing skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- This position requires the ability to interact positively, constructively and effectively with staff, providers, and other departments.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, Strongly Preferred.
