The clinic located at 8555 TX-HWY 16, opened on October 1, 2021, PCHC is conveniently located and serving the residents of Poteet and surrounding communities. Our providers and staff are knowledgeable of community resources and make referrals when necessary. We work hard to provide all of our patients with the care they require in a comfortable environment.
